History

Morden Construction was founded in 1942 by Charles Edward Morden. The company's primary focus was constructing service and cottage roads in the Port Severn and Big Chute area. Many of those roads, among the province's oldest, are still serving motorists today.

Morden Construction is now operated by the next generation of the family, brothers Brian and Charles Brent Morden who have expanded the company's capabilities and service areas to include Midland, Barrie, Orillia and the area north of Waubaushene to Gravenhurst.
